6 reviewsHulfjell is an idyllic family farm by Lake Toke in Drangedal municipality. The hosts who live on the farm welcome you to experience life among lovely animals and enjoy selected activities. Since its inception in 2016, Hulfjell has become a very popular and beloved family attraction for the many guests who visit the park every year.
Get up close to the animals
Hulfjell is a full-fledged visitor farm with animals such as horses, adorable woolly pigs, amusing llamas, charming alpacas, ducks, and not least, a beautiful peacock. Here, you get a bit of everything, including activities for the whole family. You will, of course, get up close to all the animals, to the great delight of anyone who would like to pet an alpaca or take a closer look at a real peacock.
Activities on the farm
At Hulfjell Family Park, there's a bouncy castle, a tractor track, swimming from rocky cliffs, piers, and grasslands. Other activities include climbing a climbing wall (9 m), a llama safari from a tractor trailer, and not least; Telemark's biggest floating water park!
The youngest children have their own play area with a sandbox, swing stand, and more. Have you seen the large wooden figure Yme scouting the farm? In the new Norse trail Forn Speki, you can learn about history and try new activities. The trail has its own amphitheater with theatrical performances on selected days, which are very popular (in Norwegian only).
Bathing or a pedal boat trip
Toke is often referred to as Kragerø's inner archipelago, with its 365 islands. From the jetty, you can swim or rent a pedal boat for a trip on the water.
Serving local dishes with locally sourced ingredients
You never have to worry about going hungry because delicious dishes made from locally sourced produce are served here. If you've never tasted pizza with venison salami or a real duck burger, you should take the opportunity when you visit Hulfjell Family Park.
Location
Hulfjell Family Park is only a few kilometers from the center of Drangedal, located at Hulfjellveien 155. Parking is included in the admission price. You can reach the farm both by water and by land. If you come by water, you can enjoy easy access, including a separate guest jetty.
