Hulfjell Family Park is idyllically located by Lake Toke in Drangedal Municipality. The hosts live on the farm themselves and warmly welcome you to enjoy experiences with farm animals and various activities. Since its opening in 2016, Hulfjell has become a beloved and highly popular family attraction for the many guests who visit each year.
Hulfjell is a fully equipped visitor farm with animals such as horses, adorable woolly pigs, amusing llamas, beautiful alpacas, ducks, emus, and even a stunning peacock. There’s a little bit of everything here, including activities for the whole family. You can, of course, get up close to all the animals—much to the delight of those who wish to pet an alpaca or take a closer look at a real peacock.
Hulfjell offers playgrounds, pedal tractors, climbing frames, and swimming opportunities. The youngest visitors have their own play area with a sandbox, swings, and a seesaw.
Have you seen the large wooden figure, Yme, watching over the farm? In the Norse trail Forn Speki, you can learn about the history of Yme and test out various activities.
There is also an amphitheater with events on selected days, which are very popular.
At Hulfjell, you can try Telemark’s largest floating water park! It's packed with fun for both young and old.
Lake Toke is a fantastic body of water, often called Kragerø’s inner archipelago due to its 365 islands and skerries. From the dock, you can swim or rent a canoe or pedal boat for a trip on the water.
The farm has its own kiosk and food truck, serving pizzas made with quality ingredients. Of course, you can also buy ice cream, soda, snacks, and more.
Just a few kilometers from Drangedal town center, you’ll find Hulfjell Family Park at Hulfjellveien 155, Drangedal. Parking is included in the entrance fee. You can reach the farm both by land and water. If arriving by boat, you’ll enjoy easy access via the guest dock.
At the motorhome campsite, you can enjoy several wonderful days in a tent, motorhome, or caravan. Hulfjell’s cabins and pod cabins are located right by Lake Toke, offering beautiful nature experiences.
Hulfjell’s visitor farm and water park are open during the summer months from June to August. Check hulfjell.no for more information on opening hours.
Cabins are available for rent year-round, and the motorhome park is open from Easter until late autumn.
