About

Buvannshytta is a large and charming log cabin that is very idyllic, surrounded by majestic pine trees by lake Buvann. The cottage is located by itself without other cottages nearby.

Standard of the cabin
This is a spacious cottage with plenty of space. The cottage was upgraded in 2019. It has 3 bedrooms, as well as 1 bed in one living room, which makes a total of 9 single beds. There is a large living room with a sofa corner and large long table with a view of the lake outside. In the living room you can still see the timber walls, while the rest of the cottage has been upgraded with stained paneling.
In the kitchen you will find all the equipment needed for cooking, as well as gas stove and gas refrigerator.

Solar panel provides power for light.

​​​​​​In addition, a wood-burning stove has been installed in several rooms for heating.

The cottage also has an outdoor toilet.

Activities around the cottage
There are nice hiking areas around the cottage and ponds that are great for fishing and swimming.
There is a boat included in the rent that is available at lake Buvann.

Dog allowed
It is allowed to bring a dog.
