 What follows is a slight climb to the Veum farms and easy descents southwards to Veum Church. Continue along main road 355 for another 2 km until you reach the road sign for Håsom Cross the bridge and bike along a gravel road for approx. 500 m. Turn into the forest at the first left and follow this path past Granheim and further on along the river to Haugfoss. From here, you bike over the bridge, turn to the right and follow the old transport route through the woods until you reach the Heggland Daglegvare grocery store. Once again you will find yourself biking on the main road for another 50 m until turning right, in the direction of Taraldli  bridge. Cross the narrow bridge and bike for 1. Km or so. Once you have passed the small lake, turn to the left and bike south until you reach Snarteland. Pleasant afternoon bike ride in varied terrain. Length: Approx. 20 km. Time required: 2 to 3 hours. Terrain: Moderate physical-demanding
