Dattebayo is an authentic Japanese concept. The word Dattebayo means "Believe it" in Japanese. The food is based on street food from Japan, such as yakitori, yakisoba, yakimeshi, sushi, ramen, tempura, and many other things. You can also buy the popular Japanese soft drink "Ramune" here.
Sushi and wok
Sushi and wok is on the menu at Dattebayo. Here you get a buffet sushi menu and a buffet wok menu, always beautifully prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The restaurants also offer takeaway meny.
Company menu
The restaurant makes sushi for weddings, birthdays, confirmations, christenings, company parties, friend parties and other events. If you are unsure of what fits or what you want, the restaurant will help you adapt it perfectly for the event you are going to have.
These party menus come with both starters, main courses and desserts. If desired, the chefs can come to your kitchen and cook.
Lunch & meeting food menu
If you want to order lunch or food for meetings, Dattebayo delivers good, healthy and nutritious dishes. You can choose from the takeaway menu in everything from starters, salads, tempura, sushi and wok, hot dishes (Porsgrunn) and ramen (Porsgrunn). You will get a 10% company discount from the menu. You can register as a customer on the day.
Snacks & Tempura menu
At Dattebayo you can order snacks for all occasions. Here you get different types of buffets; Tempura buffet, Yakitori buffet, plus a combination of the two. But it must be ordered for a minimum of 10 people.
