Everything takes place under the expert guidance of Radek Soltys, who is both head chef and general manager at Merci. What is on the menu is seasonal and depends on fresh, unprocessed products available on the market.

The wine menu has been carefully selected by the management team and sommelier to be able to give the guest the ultimate food and wine experience. Merci is proud to be appointed as François Lurton's ambassador. In the restaurant you will find some of François Lurton's wines, such as: MJ Le Petit Pas, Mas Janeil Sans Soufre, Domaine Les Fumées Blanches and Mas Janeil Maury.
