14 senior citizens had planned and built it all by volunteers in just over 1 ½ years.
The house is a 3-ship longhouse with slightly curved outer walls. It has a length of 12 m and a minimum width of 5 m at the house's walls, the middle part of the house is 5.7 meters. The whole building's construction is plugged with nails made of wood.
There are two entrance doors in the house, and they are plugged together and hung up by powerful booms.
