Fossumsanden Camping and cabin rental is located on the shore of lake Skredvatnet in Fyresdal. There are 13 cabins and sunny lawns to camp on overlooking the water and the surrounding mountains. At Fossumsanden they have their own swimming area, barbecue hut and sauna. The area has good opportunities for active holidays with hiking, biking, fishing, boat trips, kayaking, canoeing and attractions such as stave churches and the Telemark Canal nearby.
Cabins for rent at Fossumsanden
The cabins have different capacities from 2-6 people and are equipped with a kitchen with stove, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Towels and linen can be rented from the campsite. The cabins are well located scattered around the area with their own terrace overlooking the water and the surrounding mountains. There is a road all the way to the cabins. In the service facility you will find toilets, changing rooms, showers and bathrooms as well as a kitchen with dishwasher for shared use.
The campsite has lawns located towards lake Skredvatnet in a nice location. Banquet rooms in the main building can be rented by groups for parties, events and the like. The sauna at Fossumsanden includes a living room, changing rooms with shower and toilet and a sheltered outdoor area with a hot tub and seating around the waterfall.
Access to Fossumsanden
You get to Fossumsanden in Fyresdal from Kristiansand in 2 hours and 45 min by car and within 3 hours and 40 min from Oslo. Coming from Haugesund it takes about 4 hours 30 min.
It is a short way to both Fyresdal center and Vrådal center.

At the campsite there are boats for rent. Telemark Via Ferrata is close by.
