Vrådal has cross-country trails in the mountains and in the forest, totaling approx. 40 km of prepared trails.
Part of the trail network is located at Vrådal Panorama Ski Center and is run up with a trail machine. Here there is a circular cross-country trail in the forest, one at the top of the chair lift, as well as a long-distance trail into the mountain of Hægefjell (1,021 m.a.s.l.)
Another part of the trail network is located on Heia between Kviteseid and Vrådal and is driven up by scooter. Here there are circular trails in forest terrain of varying lengths. If the snow is good, ski trail run all the way down to the Straand Hotel, Vrådal Hyttepark and holiday apartments near the centre.
In Vrådal, there is also an illuminated cross-country trail of about 1.5 km in the forest terrain.
In addition to the possibilities mentioned above, ski runs are also run up at some of the accommodation companies under the auspices of the individual.
