Nystaul is a mountain goat farm in Åmotsdal, with charming farmhouses clinging to the steep hillside. The view is fantastic! Light meals are being served at the farm. If you would like to taste local porridge according to the family's recipes, you can preorder this. You can join in and learn how the goats and the cows keep the landscape alive by grazing down grass and small bushes. You can also learn about the relationship between livestock and local food production. The hosts welcome you at Nystaul from about mid-June to the end of August.
