With's boder is the red building located next to Jernbanetorvet. It was built in the beginning of the 1700s. It was originally two large and one small storage houses that were used for loading and unloading of flour, feed grains and chemical fertiliser. At that time, the edge of the sea came just by the houses.
Grandfather of now living Morten With bought the place from Madam Gjermundsen in 1859. In the 1980s, it was sold further to Kragerø Bolig- og Byggelag. Then, it was reconstructed to the present state, but the appearance retains still the original features.
