Many important works of art have been created in Kragerø, and Kragerøs significant part in Norways art history makes a solid foundation for Kragerø Faste Billedgalleris mission to create an art gallery focusing on art from Kragerø.
In December 2021 we moved to a brand new location with venue, lighting, indoor climate and security that enables us to create exciting exhibitions.
The gallery has accumulated a collection of art that is exhibited all year, but there are also other exhibitions that varies through the year. We are also working on developing a small shop in the gallery, as well as a cafe.
