Schweigaardsparken is located at Løkkebakken, on the opposite side of Kragerø Bedehus.
The park is in memory of Anton Martin Schweigaard, born in Kragerø in 1808. The bust of Schweigaard was made by Julius Middelthun. Schweigaard was a member of the parliament in many years, and he was behind in making several important laws.
