At Kråkeroe mountain farm you meet the young couple Lina and Sondre Aasan and their Telemark cattle - a distinct alpine cow with a playful and sociable temperament.
At Kråkeroe there has been mountain farming since the 17th century. To day you will meet three generations of hospitable farmers that produce yellow, delicious Seljord butter, the local cheeze “Knaost” and sour cream. You can also buy a light farm meal.
The farm is beautifully situated by Veisvikvatnet which reflects the mountains and the old buildings beautifully in the lake.
