At Restaurant Bandak, hospitality and food experiences are the focus. The menu is French-inspired with use of local and Norwegian ingredients.
Lastein Bryggjekafe is a nice little summer restaurant on the pier at Dalen and is the arrival point for the veteran ships M/S Henrik Ibsen and M/S Viktoria.- The Cafe is situated by R45 next to Eidsborg stave church in the beautiful and dramatic landscape of Tokke. In the modern museum building, opened in 2012, there are magnificent exhibitions telling the history of the folk art and culture of Western Telemark.
