At this Motivation camp for companies, which is organized in collaboration between “Skåtøy i farta” and “Life Improvement”, you work on what the individual employee can do to contribute to a good working environment. Key words are the employees' strengths, building motivation and strengthening the team through subjects, activities and fun.
