Requirements for physical fitness, age, prior knowledge, etc.:

• Pregnant women from 3 months, people with knee, back and neck problems and visibly intoxicated people cannot participate.

Price starting at:

• NOK 10.000,- + 10% VAT for the first hour, NOK 2.000,- +10% VAT for the following half hour.
