Bicycle rental at Skåtøy:

Skåtøy is the largest island by the coast of Kragerø, and cycling is a great way to explore the island. You can rent bicycle at Darefjeld, a short stroll (400 metres) from where the ferry docs (Skåtøyroa).
On your bike it's easy to get to the various points of interest on the island like the Skåtøy church and the Krikken Coastal Fortress and Korset at the far end of Skåtøy, an idyllic old fishing village. Darefjellkollen, right by the bike rental is the highest point on the island, from here you get a fantasic view over 'Skjærgården' (the archipelagos). Behind the top of the mountain you wil find the remains of an old dam used for producing and exporting ice. 
Eidkilkanalen (the Eidkil canal) is a waterway that splits the island in two. You can cross the canal by bridge.
